Xbji Terms & Conditions – Learn How We Operate

Xbji is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms & Conditions, "xbji", "we", and "our" refer to the xbji platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual registered on or using xbji's services.

Users must be at least 18 years old to access any of xbji's services. xbji does not serve minors, and reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be in violation of this policy.

To open an account with xbji, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

Xbji may request additional identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Xbji supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services – bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1–3 hours
• VIP account withdrawals: 10–30 minutes

Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Your account must be fully verified to be eligible for bonuses
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is listed on the promotions page
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the specified time after claiming
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited

Xbji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, xbji's decision shall be final.

Before placing bets on xbji, please familiarise yourself with the rules below. These apply to all Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Minimum bet amount per wager: ৳50
• The maximum stake per bet may vary depending on the event
• In live betting, odds may change ball by ball; no bet is accepted until it has been confirmed
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded
• Xbji reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error
• Betting across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

Sports Betting outcomes are determined in accordance with the official international rules of the relevant sport. In the event of any dispute, the official scorecard or governing body's decision will be final.

Xbji is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbji:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Misusing bonuses or employing bonus hunting strategies
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Registering with false identity or forged documents

Xbji's security team monitors all transactions and account activity on a regular basis. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and an investigation will be launched.

Xbji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Court or regulatory authority directives
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request

Users will be notified by email or SMS before their account is closed (except in urgent security cases). Any remaining valid balance in a legitimately closed account will be refunded.

Xbji believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority. The following protective tools are always available to users:

• Option to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Temporary self-exclusion for a set period (7 days to 6 months)
